It is impossible to keep track of this and write a review about it per video. But to avoid missing out on gems, it is time for a weekly list of new music videos from lesser-known Japanese musical acts that are definitely worth watching. We are now looking back on a couple of videos that were released in week 44 of the year 2020. Enjoy the new discoveries!<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>azur taupe. &#8211; Endless Drop City<\/h3>\n<p>Based in Fukuoka, azur taupe. got formed in 2019 and presented the first single of the band, titled <em>Endless Drop City<\/em>. After that, it became silent around the dream-pop band, until February, where they announced the release of an EP, which they labelled as a demo CD, <em>Night Cruising<\/em>, with the concept of night and it includes their first single which also is the song for their first music video. The music this band makes is a mixture of downer and emotionally raw music, rich of piano melodies and chord progressions, but most of all, the impulsive performance of vocalist and guitarist Mizunori Nagashima. The music of RAMMELLS is a concoction of rock, funk, soul, jazz en shoegaze. Such was the case for XANVALA. After FIXER disbanded, 3 of the previous members formed a new band, and they rock hard as ever! It&#8217;s safe to say we can expect lots of good from them in de future!\u00a0\u00a0\u2014 Recommended by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/avo-magazine.nl\/author\/en\/metalhachiko\/\">MetalHachiko<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"XANVALA - XANADU\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/N9Jk8dP7Q6I?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h3>Aland &#8211; \u30ec\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u306f\u3044\u3089\u306a\u3044 (Retorikku wa iranai)<\/h3>\n<p>Presenting the first music video on the first day of November, it is not the first music piece produced by the three-piece Aland as they have released a couple of singles. They introduced themselves in September 2019 during a performance at Shibuya Sankaku, marking the start of the band. The band name might be referring to the \u00c5land Islands in the Baltic Sea or just simply the meaning of it: on land\/ashore. This band might be brand-new, but they have already a lot to offer.\u00a0\u2014 Recommended by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/avo-magazine.nl\/en\/author\/seraphinne\/\">Francisca<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Aland - \u300c\u30ec\u30c8\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u306f\u3044\u3089\u306a\u3044\u300d(MUSIC VIDEO)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7GooVajntG4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h3>The Number Zero &#8211; Manic Pixie Nightmare Girl<\/h3>\n<p>Fronted by ex-SALTY DOG vocalist Inger, the electro-metal band The Number Zero released in May their first mini-album, titled <em>in a dream, in a nightmare<\/em>. It was finally time for a new music video, where they worked together with taiko group Oto Zakura. If you are not familiar with this band yet, this might be a good start. Especially if you have a preference for English lyrics.\u00a0\u2014 Recommended by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/avo-magazine.nl\/en\/author\/seraphinne\/\">Francisca<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Number Zero - Manic Pixie Nightmare Girl featuring Kaari (Official Music Video)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/9ppbUeU1GLA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<h3>GLASGOW &#8211; \u30b7\u30e5\u30fc\u30a2\u30e9\u30af\u30ec\u30fc\u30e0 (Choux a la creme)<\/h3>\n<p>Strongly influenced by the rock sound from the United Kingdom, might also be the reason to call the band GLASGOW, the four-piece rock band has been active since 2018. After releasing and selling out several demo releases, the band released their first EP in September, titled <em>white town<\/em>, on their own label Whiteluckrecords. <em>Choux a la creme<\/em> is their newest single.
