WAgg have been around since 2018. Officially the trainee group of WACK , whose past-members have gone on to be distributed throughout the company’s more established groups such as GANG PARADE ‘s sub-units PARADISES and GO TO THE BEDS and even the new, but already popular MAMESHiBA NO TAiGUN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It wouldn’t be until 12th of June, 2020 that WAgg would release their debut track and music video WAgg\u306e\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u304d\u4e16\u754c (WAgg’s Wonderful World<\/em>).<\/p>\n

WAgg currently consists of members Utauuta, A Anzupia, Love, Sayaito, Nayu, Ainastar and Youdot.com.<\/p>\n

The video itself seems high quality, perhaps due to the length of time, it’s taken to release a debut, though purposefully downplayed through editing features. The video is charming, with colourful styles and backdrops, VHS effects, goofy edits and fast, high energy pacing throughout.<\/p>\n

It is enjoyable to watch, though can be a little mesmerizing. A great feature of the video, is that it feels that each member has the spotlight. Offering a fair share of screen time, highlighting each member features and personalities.<\/p>\n

The end of the video is equally enjoyable, as we are able to see each member in front of the green screen, offering a behind-the-scenes view into the production, This is a nice feature.<\/p>\n

The song itself is what we now expect from a WACK group, it’s catchy, high energy, with strong, well-timed vocals, set to an enjoyable backing track. This one feels a little different though, because it’s WAgg’s debut track, a release that has been a long time coming, yet one that didn’t seem likely.<\/p>\n

It’s a strong debut for a group who have persevered and bided their time, and are now ready to prove themselves in the singles chart.<\/p>\n
