The names that stood out are the Japanese bands GOAT and Otoboke Beaver.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Both bands performed before in The Netherlands, GOAT have been performing a couple of times in the country, they were even in Europe last month for a short tour. For the punk-rock-garage quartet from Kyoto, Otoboke Beaver, it will be the second time, as they performed at Lowlands earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40173\" src=\"https:\/\/avo-magazine.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/complexity-fest-2020.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"941\" height=\"960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/avo-magazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/complexity-fest-2020.jpg 941w, https:\/\/avo-magazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/complexity-fest-2020-784x800.jpg 784w, https:\/\/avo-magazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/complexity-fest-2020-750x765.jpg 750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 941px) 100vw, 941px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The indoor metal festival will take place for the fifth time at Patronaat. 14 February will be a special pre-party and the focus of the festival is to deliver musical variation and widening the scope.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the organisation announced Dragged Into Sunlight, Thank You Scientist, Herod, Our Oceans, Pijn and Vasa for the programme. In their percussive songs, they mute the melodic instruments to reinforce the beat, and make frequent use of harmonics played outside the twelve-tone. The band calls itself as the Japanese \u2018knock out of pound cake\u2019 band and sings only in Kyoto street language. Otoboke Beaver consists of head vocalist and guitarist Accorinrin, guitarist Yoyoyoshie, bassist Hiro-chan and drummer Pop. Earlier this year, the band released the album <em>ITEKOMA HITS<\/em>, a compilation album with a few new tracks.
