With the new project of RYU (ex-OROCHI), SOMEI YOSHINO (\u30bd\u30e1\u30a4\u30e8\u30b7\u30ce), the musician will debut in Europe with a show at the German convention MAG in Erfurt. The community convention for games, influencers, manga, cosplay, comics and entertainment will take place from 4 until 6 October at Erfurt Messe.<\/p>\n

The convention was formerly known as MaGnology, but was rebranded last year as MAG<\/a>. The event is filled with activities from competitions, meet & greets, panels, artist alley and more.<\/p>\n

The performance of SOMEI YOSHINO will take place on Saturday 5 October. If this will be his only European show is unknown, but for now, we know that he will bring a guitarist with him for his performance at MAG. If there is more information, this will be shared in this article or in a new article.<\/p>\n

It is not the first overseas concert for SOMEI YOSHINO. In February of this year, the band performed at a convention in Laos. With the start of the new music project, SOMEI YOSHINO published a music video<\/a>, titled \u7947\u5712-GION-<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Maybe interesting to know: Benicco<\/a>, who designed the mascot for MAG, but also designed a cover for OROCHI in the past, will attend the 2019-edition of MAG as well. She will not have her own booth at the convention, but will support the jury processes (at a distance) and there will be an exhibition of her work.<\/p>\n

The former band of RYU, Visual Kei band OROCHI, was active for 15 years and disbanded at the end of January 2019. The band had many line-up changes and after the last changes, it was decided by the vocalist to disband OROCHI and have a ‘restart’ with a new solo project.<\/p>\n
