From 8 June until 3 July, Ris Orangis, a commune in the southern suburbs of Paris, will celebrate Japan with rock concerts, tastings and screenings under the name Tokyo Space Oddity<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0 One of the concerts taking place on Friday 14 June at Le Plan Club is the concert with the bands The fin. and Yahyel. <\/p>\n

The fin. are an indie rock band from Kobe, formed in 2010, currently consisting of lead vocalist Yuto Uchino and bassist\/former drummer Kaoru Nakazawa. The band started out as a cover band, but quickly changed into a full-fledged band and drawn attention outside Japan thanks to their blend of synth-pop and shoegaze from the \u201980s-\u201990s with nowadays American indie-pop and chillwave. Their latest release, Come Further, got released in April as a digital single. The fin. performed at big music festivals including Fuji Rock in Japan, The Great Escape in UK or SXSW in the US, supported major artists like The Last Shadow Puppets, Circa Waves or Mew, and toured through the United Kingdom, America and Asia.<\/p>\n
