* Instead of melting the chocolate in the microwave you could heat it au bain-marie, with a heatproof glass bowl on top of a pan with a small layer of boiling water. Stir gently until all of the chocolate has melted.<\/em><\/p>\n

With this kit you create a cute amusement park ride, a ferris wheel with chocolates shapes like a bear, a heart, a star, a cookie and more. This kit is part of the Japanese \u201cOmocha-Gashi\u201d series, with several amusement park rides, and I have reviewed a chocolate spinner<\/a> and a merry-go-round<\/a> as well. A fun detail are the paper images which you can stick to the lollipop sticks once you\u2019re out of chocolates, so you can still play with the ferris wheel.<\/p>\n
