After the previous ten flavours<\/a> and the Fran cookie sticks<\/a> I decided to purchase seven more flavours, some of which are new, others have been out for a while. The flavours I picked were: The Milk, Colorful Shower, Gokuboso, Strawberry Heartful, Double Strawberry, Double Chocolate & Double Fromage.<\/p>\n

Glico \u2013 Pocky The Milk
\n<\/strong>Price:<\/strong> \u00b1 \u20ac3,- for a package of 77,6 grams<\/p>\n

These pocky have a strong cocoa smell to them and the chocolate is creamy. The cookie stick is very crunchy, different from regular pocky sticks. It reminded me a bit of an ice cream cone, the cookie is very layered and not as evenly rounded as most pocky sticks are.<\/p>\n

Glico \u2013 Pocky Colorful Shower

Lemon flavoured white chocolate covers these pocky sticks and you can tell from the smell when you open the packaging. They have a sour lemon flavour to them, but are also creamy like white chocolate. The coloured sugar on the outside makes these prettier but also a little sweeter, so the overall flavour isn\u2019t too sour.<\/p>\n

Glico \u2013 Pocky Gokuboso
\n<\/strong>Price:<\/strong> \u00b1 \u20ac3,- for a package of 71 grams<\/p>\n

These pocky sticks are thinner than the original, very thin in fact. I thought these were very tasty, the chocolate is a little bitter but definitely delicious. The packaging has a male character on it, which is related to the \u2018Koibito wa Pocky – Love with Pocky\u2019 promotional campaign Glico has launched.<\/p>\n

Glico \u2013 Strawberry Heartful
\n<\/strong>Price:<\/strong> \u00b1 \u20ac3,- for a package of 57 grams<\/p>\n

Heart shaped strawberry pocky, perfect for Valentine\u2019s Day or really any occasion. These have a nice strawberry flavour, but it isn\u2019t super strong, they\u2019re a little sour instead of sweet. The pocky stick tasted like a normal pocky stick, not all of them had a very distinct heart shape.<\/p>\n

Glico \u2013 Double Strawberry

The pocky of the \u2018double\u2019 series are a little shorter and thicker than usual. They all have a bit of cocoa flavour to them. The chocolate layer is also a lot thicker. This one has a subtle strawberry flavour with creamy white chocolate, a little sour but not as sour as the Strawberry Heartful pocky.<\/p>\n

Glico \u2013 Double Chocolate

This one tasted like creamy milk chocolate, a lot less bitter than the Gokuboso pocky. The stick was the same as the other \u2018double\u2019 ones.<\/p>\n

While the scent coming from the sticks is very strong and cheesy, the cheese flavour was not very strong. The white chocolate has a little bit of a cream cheese flavour.<\/p>\n

Overall I enjoyed all of these flavours, my least favourite being the pocky The Milk one, because of the crunchy cookie. There are plenty more to try, so I\u2019m sure there\u2019s a flavour out there for everyone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
